The Executive Committee of Wigtownshire Sports Council considers applications from members for financial assistance.

Applications are submitted for a variety of types of support. Some examples of recent successful applications have included awards made to:

• Individuals of Sporting Promise
• Individual Representation in Sport
• Coaching and Sports Development
• Sports Equipment
• Travel Expenses to attend competitions
